Choosing your plan

Tasuki's four plans, which feature lands on which, and what to look at during the 14-day trial. No prices here: those live in the pricing table.

Tasuki has four plans — Solo, Team, Business and Enterprise — and every one of them carries the same working core. What changes between them is how many people collaborate, how large an attachment can be, and which agency features are in. Prices live in the pricing table on the site, the only place they are kept current.

What every plan carries

  • The four project views: Kanban, List, Calendar and Gantt.
  • Full checklists, labels and due dates, attachments and descriptions.
  • Time tracking with timesheets and personal notes.
  • Dark mode.

Even on the smallest plan you can run a project from start to finish. The plans above do not unlock the work; they unlock the coordination.

What each plan adds

Solo

For freelancers and solopreneurs. One user, up to 5 projects, 25 MB per file and email support within 72 hours. No chat, no clock-in, no member assignment — those are team things.

Team

For teams of any size, with no minimum users. Adds unlimited projects, 100 MB per file and most of what it takes to work alongside other people: chat with channels, direct messages and threads; clock-in, the attendance log; online presence; assigning members to cards; PDF and CSV reports; and Google Calendar sync. Support within 48 hours.

Business

For agencies with settled processes. On top of Team: 250 MB per file, corporate branding, internal announcements, advanced RBAC with per-board roles, a 99.9% SLA and priority support within 24 hours.

Enterprise

For large organisations: minimum 10 users, priced on request through sales. Adds 500 MB per file, SSO/SAML, API access, an On-Premise version, a 99.99% SLA and dedicated support within 4 hours.

The 14-day trial

It runs for 14 days, asks for no card and gives you every feature of the Business plan. Use it to try exactly what Solo does not have: chat, clock-in, announcements and per-board roles. When it ends you pick a plan; if you pick nothing, the workspace is paused with no data loss.

💡

Trial it on real work

Fourteen days go nowhere if you spend them building sample boards. Put a real client in on day one and choose the plan by what you actually used, not by what you would like to use.

Monthly or annual

You choose the cycle in the pricing table itself, with the monthly/annual switch: the annual discount is applied right there, and you can see what each plan costs on each cycle. Payment is by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

⚠️

Team, Business and Enterprise are billed per user

The cost goes up with every seat in use, so it pays to go through the directory now and again and deactivate anyone who no longer works with you.

If you leave

After you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days, and during that window you can export all your content as JSON. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.

Who gets to change any of this

The subscription sits in the admin panel, next to the user directory: only administrators see it. Carry on with Roles and permissions.
